Alison grew up in Ontario where she graduated from Mohawk College with a Business/Accounting Diploma. She gained valuable experience working for a corporate law firm, then in the textile rental industry.
Alison moved to Alberta in 2006 where she continued to work in the textile rental industry, then for a multi national not for profit organization. After taking a break to start a family, she went back to school, completing a Bachelor of General Studies Degree from Athabasca University and a professional accounting designation. Each while working full time for a large industrial construction corporation.
In 2016 Alison and her family moved to Vancouver Island where she continued to work in the construction industry, and diversified her accounting experience with a property development and engineering firm. Alison then decided to use all of her varied experience to take the exciting leap into entrepreneurship in 2017. She has recently returned to St. Albert, AB and is looking forward to meeting new clients.
Alison is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and is in the the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta. She enjoys competitive 5 pin bowling, traveling to new (warm) destinations, golfing, and of course spending time with her family.
